Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AiTS Express website and product, operated by XTen. By using the site or service, you agree to them.

1. The service

AiTS Express is an AI-native applicant tracking system. We provide the software on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page. Features marked “Beta” are still rolling out and may change.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

  • Don’t use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
  • Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Use AI scoring as advisory input to human decisions — it never auto-rejects candidates, and you remain responsible for hiring decisions and for complying with employment and anti-discrimination law.

4. Billing & the guarantee

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected. Every plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals.

5. Your data

You own your data. You can import and export it at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

6. Availability & warranties

We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
