AiTS Express (“AiTS Express”, “we”, “us”) is operated by XTen. This policy explains how we handle personal data for visitors to aits.express and for customers using the AiTS Express product.

1. Who is responsible

For the marketing website, XTen is the data controller. For candidate and customer data processed inside the product on a customer’s behalf, the customer is the controller and AiTS Express is the processor — see our Data Processing Addendum.

2. What we collect

• Enquiries & sign-ups. When you submit the contact or sign-up form, we collect your name, work email, company, and message.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address.
• Technical data. Server logs may record your IP address, browser user-agent, and request time for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or service you requested.
• To send occasional product updates, if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing the site, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under contract and only as needed — for example, our email delivery provider (SendGrid) for transactional messages, and our hosting provider. Each processes data on our instructions.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise them. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or erase your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email support@xten.pro.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, prepared database statements, CSRF protection, input validation, and rate limiting. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
